Just watching the rain fall. It’s a heavy, drenching downpour, the kind you need in the spring to feed everything still asleep in the ground, the kind of rain that I endure because I know that behind that rain is sunshine and soft, spring flowers poking up through the soil, the kind of rain that will green my grass for summer. Or at least it would if the grass wasn’t still frozen. Oh, look. The rain is bouncing off the driveway. Boy, it certainly looks white as it falls.
Spring in Michigan. You gotta be there!
